  1. Prepare 1 big guava
  2. Get 2 tbsp gramflour(besan)
  3. Prepare 1 chopped onion
  4. Get 2 grinded tomato puree

  6. Get 1 tsp cream
  7. Take to taste salt
  8. Get 1 tsp red chilli powder
  9. Get 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  12. Prepare 1/2 tsp kasuri methi
  13. Prepare 2 tsp oil
  14. Prepare few chopped coriander leaves

  16. Get 1 cup water
Steps to make Guava Kofta Curry:
  1. Grate the guava in a bowl.
  2. Add gramflour, red chilli powder,salt & carom seeds.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Make small balls out of it.Heat oil in a karahi & deep fry the balls till they become brown in colour.
  5. Take them out on a tissue paper to absorbs excess oil.
  6. Heat 2 tsp of oil with chopped onion & ginger garlic paste in a pan.
  7. Cook till they become golden in colour then add salt,red chilli powder & turmeric powder.Saute for a minute.
  8. Now add grinded tomato puree.
  9. Cook till oil spreads from the corners.
  10. Add 1 tbsp of cream in it.
  11. Mix well.
  12. Add 1 cup of water with garam masala.
  13. Cook on a low flame for 5 minutes & add kasuri methi in it.
  14. Pour in a seving bowl & add koftas in it.
  15. Garniy with coriander leaves & serve hot with chapati or naan.
