  1. Ingredients. Separately, First soak Goji berries in hot water for 30 mins. 7g Osmanthus pick out those stems/leaves and + 220g hot water and soak, only add half the grits to mix later in the process. Then 220g Sugar + 410g hot water
  2. Pour Sugar water into pot and heat in low heat, drain goji then place in pot and hit for 5 to 10mins until sugar melts.
  3. 50g gelatin mix with 150g boiled cold water and place into the pot during the process of the 10mins. Add in "half" Osmanthus grits and all Osmanthus water mix into pot.
  4. When all gelatin melts, prepare a bowl pour the pot mix together with 200g (ice+ iced water) and mix until it starts to be abit lightly gluey. If still watery prep a bucket with ice and put bowl in to fasten the process until mixture is sticky. Pour mix in containers and fridge for 6 hours before serving. Cut it cubes and serve. Done!
