CHOCOLATE CAKE:
- Preheat oven to 180C. - Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla essence well until creamy, for about 5 minutes
- Take a bowl add Maida, cocoa powder and baking powder mix with a spatula. - Pour coffee(dissolved in water) in egg batter then add maida batter and oil, mix with hand whisker.
- And pour the mixture in mould. and - Bake for 45 to 55 minutes and take it out of oven when it’s still moist.and cool down and decorate your desire I use green and white colour and mix it whipped cream. - and cut the slice.now Pakistan Independent chocolate cake is ready.
