  1. Mix all ingredients and then re-dice. Leave overnight before use or minimum for 2 hours
  2. Mix the coating together then put the minced meat on the sticks and coat one by one with coating by dipping ur hand in the coating or by a brush
  3. Put them on a griller and underneath it put a pan with a little bit of water inside, then put in a pre-heated oven on high heat (down only not the upper flames) leave for 20-50 mins depending on the amount of meat per stick and open heat. When cooked, get a burnt charcoal piece and put it on a piece of foil n put on it 2-4 drops of oil or better margarine and put it with the kofta in the stove n leave it for 5 mins-this will give u the smell n taste of the outdoor griller
  4. Of course you could use an outdoor griller to grill them but this recipe is to try to mimic the outdoor griller taste using oven
