  1. Take a bowl add water,vanila essence,yellow color,rice flour and cornstarch mix all well.Heat milk in a pan.let it boil,add sugar and custard mixture into milk.stir continuesly on low to medium flame.When the custard turn thick,transfer into deep tray and keepit cooling.add little butter on top of it so that malai form on it.chill in the fridge.
  2. Take a bowl add all fruits (chopped)and orange juice,mix all well and keep aside.
  3. Strain the custard in a bowl,add whipped ceram in it and mix well.lein glass now layer cube vanila sponge cake,chopped fruits and custard mixture.Garnish with whipped cream,chopped fruits,coloful sprinkles,songe cake cube and rose syrup.
