  1. First we are going to make the cake take a mixing bowl add refined oil and 3 tablespoon of yoghurt mix it well then add the dust sugar now in a strain add one cup of flour baking powder and baking soda strain it and mix it with the mixture well. In order to make it a fine batter gradually add milk and stir it continuously so that it doesn't have any lumps in it.
  2. Now take a baking glass bowl brush the bowl with oil or butter you can also place a butter paper and grease it with oil or butter then put the batter into the bowl. Tap it to set
  3. Now in a non-stick pan add 3 cups of water and put an iron stand on it and preheat the pan for 5 minutes. Then place the glass bowl on the iron stand cover the lid and bake the cake for 30 to 35 minutes in a low to medium flame
  4. After 32-35 minutes check the cake with a toothpick if not baked properly bake it for another 10 minutes in a low to medium flame
  5. Next we are going to make the Malai for that take a pan and boil 1 litre full fat milk once get boiled in high flame turn the flame from high to medium now add the cardamom powder, the diluted kesar which I have put it in hot milk for 10 minutes, 4 tablespoon of sugar.
  6. Reduce the milk up to 40% and then add the rose water once your milk gets thick and reduce to 400ml keep it aside for cooling
  7. Then pour that milk over the cake.before pouring you have to remember one thing that with a fork don't forget to prick the cake then the Malai will get easily into the cake
  8. Then garnish the cake with almonds, pistachio,and cashews and freeze it for 1 hr. After that cut into peices and serve it
  9. Here one thing I want to say is I have I have kept some Malai aside in a small bowl so I am going to use that Malai when I am going to pour it while serving so, that will make it more yummy and more tasty
