Orange Semolina Cake (flourless) Little Sugar Snaps. Add sugar, then yolks, and beat until stiff, adding baking powder along the way. In a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat butter, condensed milk, vanilla powder, and the orange zest until smooth. Fold the whipped butter mixture into the egg white mixture.

  3. Cream butter, sugar, add the Mawa, give a nice churn with the beater. Add milk and curd, mix nicely. Mix baking powder in sooji and together add it to the liquid batter. See that no lumps are found, after that mix and cut fold. Add cardamom powder and essence.
  4. Pour the batter in a baking tin,tap a few times so that no wrinkles are there. Bake at 180 degree for thirty to thirty five min,or till your toothpick comes out smooth and clean while inserting. Add the garnishing if you want..
  5. Note: - My oven took this much time to bake. Minimum thirty to thirtyfive minutes it usually takes to bake. Different companies oven, might take 5 mins more or less. So check in 35 mins on safer side.
