  12. Get 1/2 cup Milk
  13. Take 1/2 cup Fresh cream
  14. Take Whipped cream, rose petals and few pistachios for garnishing

Rose milk tres leches cake is a soft, spongy and scrumptious rose milk cake prepared by soaking rose flavored cake in sweetened rich rose milk mixture which is later topped with whipping cream, pistachios and rose petals. In simple words as the title says this is a rose milk flavored cake perfect for the season and a must have/ perfect EID delicacy.   2. To this lump free batter add a pinch of red color and pour this mixture in the prepared baking tin. Bake in a preheated over for 30 to 35 minutes. At 160 degree centigrade. After the cake is baked, cool it completely and demold it to a deep plate. Now mix milkmaid, cream and milk. To form a thick batter. Add in a little Rooh Afza, now with the help of a long tooth pick, poke the cake all around.
  3. Now pour this milk mixture little by little on the cake, such that it gets absorbed fully.
  4. Once the milk gets absorbed fully. whip some cream and garnish the cake, with this cream. Add few rose petals and chopped green pistachios. If you wish to cut the sides of the cake. You can do so to provide clear shape.
  5. Notes: If you want to make a classic Tres Leches cake, instead of this rose flavour. Simply add vanilla essence and omit adding any rose extract/Rooh Afza or any red colour.. Garnish with any berries instead
