  3. Add caster sugar, Cardamon and Lemon Rind to the Flour

  6. Add the milk/eggs combination to the Flour mix.
  7. Knead till you're comfortable with the texture. Cover with Cloth for 30 minutes or overnight if not in a hurry.
  8. Knead again the mixture and leave to rise again. This time it's ready for rolling and frying.
  9. Ensure you don't burn. Fry carefully to get a golden brown inviting color.

If it is too sticky add a little bit of flour. Heat oil in a deep-fryer or large saucepan over medium heat. Then, turn it off and let the dough rise in the oven.
