Cover the dough using a clean kitchen towel or paper and let it sit for one hour. - Make big balls from the ball and cover for ten minutes. - Put flour on the rolling board and roll the ball,then cut into desired shapes as you place in the already heat oil - Wait for the mandazis to obtain a golden brown colour then turn the other side.this will take upto 2 minutes. - Remove from the oil and let them cool before serving with hot tea.
