  3. Using a roller roll the dough until it becomes flat but not too thin and use a knife or a glass the make different shapes.
  4. Put 1litre of cooking oil in a sufuria and turn on the heat to maximum heat. Let the oil heat until you see bubbles then start putting in the pieces. The number depends on the size of the sufuria. As the mandazis cook continue the cycle until you have finished.
