The ingredients needed to make Cinnamon mandazi:
  1. Take 1 kg flour(used self raising
  2. Get 1 cup sugar
  3. Get 2 tsp cinnanom
  4. Take Salt
  5. Get 3 eggs
  6. Prepare 200 mls milk
  7. Take 3 tablespoons Melted margarine
  8. Get Lemon
  9. Prepare Cooking oil

Of course, if your heart is in bad shape then the rest of you isn't going to be healthy too. Add ground cinnamon to large bowl. Whisk the dry ingredients until well combined. Pour milk into the large egg.

Instructions to make Cinnamon mandazi:
  1. Sieve the flour then add sugar, cinnanom,salt, then grate the lemon peels and mix them well
  2. Add the magarine and rub the flour well to remove the formed balls till smooth
  3. Add the beaten eggs and continue rubbing till smooth
  4. Add milk bit by bit till you make a dough… not too soft.
  5. When the dough well formed can apply a little oil and the cover with a cling paper and let it settle for atleast 30mins to 1hr
  6. Preheat your oil in a pan
  7. Roll the dough and cut into your desired shape. Then when the oil is well heat. You add the cut dough and cook till golden brown
  8. Serve with your preffered beverage

Whisk the dry ingredients until well combined. Pour milk into the large egg. Whisk the egg and milk until completely mixed. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Start mixing the mandazi dough with a spatula.
