  4. Continue kneading the dough until you achieve the smooth and soft consistency
  5. Wrap the dough with a cling film or cover the bowl with a wet kitchen towel and set it aside for 20-30 minutes
  6. Cut the dough into four equal round pieces. In the mean time put your deep frying pan on your gas, heat the oil on medium heat.
  7. Take one piece of the dough, roll it out till you get 2 inch thickness. Cut it into four pieces (triangular)
  8. Repeat step 7 for all the other pieces
  9. Once your oil is hot enough, go ahead and start cooking your mandazis
  10. Final results. Serve with a hot cup of tea / coffee / chocolate
