  4. Cover with cling film and let it rest for 15mins then roll into a 1cm width, cut into desired shapes and deep fry on medium heat to golden brown.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and knead into a fine dough. Kneading should be done by hand ! Cover the dough with oil and place in a container, Cover with a damp cloth for an hour.
