  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Start kneading until the dough is smooth and stops sticking on your palms.

  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut it into your desired size and shape. You can use a cookie cutter or the rim of a glass if you want the same shape.
  5. Heat oil in a large pot until it starts bubbling.
  6. Fry the mandazis for about 2-3 minutes on both sides until golden brown.
  7. Drain in a paper towel and serve.
