  8. #For_Rabadi - Use heavy bottom kadhi.Apply ghee all the sides of the kadhi.Put the milk and Sugar in the kadhi. When milk start boiling a layer of malai starting over the milk.
  9. Use the Spatula collecting malai on the sides of the kadhi. - Keep repeating the process till the milk reduced to almost 1/3 (200 gram approx). Switch off the gas.
  10. For _Beetroot_HungCurd - Halwa - Take a pan, add ghee to it. When ghee melts, add semolina, roast it well.
  11. When the semolina starts changing color, add beetroot and mix well. Stir continuously. Add jaggery to it after 2 minutes and mix well.
  12. Add Hung Curd after 2 minutes and mix. Turn off the heat after 2 minutes. Add nutmeg powder and cardamom powder and mix it in a plate.
  13. For Assembling - Take a plate.keep a Mathari on it pour 2 Tsp of Rabdi on it Beetroot Hung Halwa cut into desired shape and put it on the Mathari. - Now keep a slice of banana - Sprinkle some chocolate Cake crumble.Then Decorated with pistachio and Cherry.
