Steps to make Rasgulla Rabdi Cake:
  1. In a bowl sieve and add all-purpose flour, milk powder, baking powder, baking soda nad mix well.
  2. Now add water, eggs and oil and beat with electric beater on high speed for about 5 minutes.
  3. Once the batter is ready add vanilla essence and mix well.
  4. Grease the mould and line the butter paper and pour this cake batter and bake in microwave for 180°c for 30 minutes.
  5. Once the cake is baked, let it cool down completely. Now make a cut in middle part(horizontally) and divide the cake into two equal parts
  6. For whipping cream. Pour the cream in a bowl and beat it for 10 to 15 minutes on high speed with an electric beater. Beat until the stiff peaks are formed. For orange color cream add orange food color and green color cream add green food color.
  7. Now on a serving plate or cake board. Place this cake layer and apply a layer of whipped cream and place the second layer of cake
  8. Cover whole cake with white whipped cream and add rabdi in middle of cake and place the colored orange rasgullas in between and on top green too.
  9. Than design the cake sides with the help of nozzel and piping bag and complete the look.
  10. Lastly refrigerate it for 2 hours before having. Once it's completely chilled you can enjoy a delicious Indian fusion dessert cake.
