  9. Put the sufuria with the mixture over the the 3 stones
  10. Cover using a lid. Then add some hot charcoal over the lid.
  11. Let it bake for around 20-30mins
  12. Check when it's ready using a knife. If it sticks on the knife then it's not ready.
  13. Remove from jiko
  14. Serve
