Line with parchment paper, then butter and flour the pans. Sift the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder.   9. Stir well with your whisk.
  10. Add your wet ingredient to your dry ingredient. Then stir properly with whisk.
  11. Boil water and add 1 cup of water into what you stirred then repeat till everything's smooth.
  12. Pour it into the pan. Heat your pot then place a rack under place your pan steadily then cover the pot.
  13. Wait for 30 minutes on a low heat. (by checking if you're cake is done on the inside insert a knife or tooth pick, if its comes out dry then it done but if its comes out wet wait some more)
  14. Bring it out
  15. Wait till it cold them remove the cake from the pan, it'll slide right out cause of the butter.
