  6. Once dough is soft,cover with a cling film or a dump clean kitchen clothe
  7. Let sit for about 20-30minutes..the more time it sits the better😁
  8. Knead your dough once more and divide into 4 balls
  9. Roll on a floured/oiled surface and cut as desired
  10. Fry in a pan with hot oil until both sides are golden brown
