  12. Once baked sprinkle a hand full of spring onion and enjoy

Using the back of a metal spoon, mix the gem squash together with the olive oil, garlic and salt and pepper. Bake the gem squash let them cool, make the corn filling and let it cool. Freeze these as required wrapped in cling film. Boil rice in salted water until done.
