In Nigeria this version of kebab is called tsire suya (sooya), often shortened to simply suya. Chichinga is commonly made from a variety of protein sources, such as liver or beef (more traditional), and chicken (more contemporary), lamb, or goat. Suya or tsire is a spicy meat skewer which is a popular food item in West Africa. It is also eaten in Sudan, referred to as "Agashe".

The ingredients needed to make Suya (tsire):

  2. Arrange the slice beef on skewers mix oil wit seasoning and rub using brush then sprinkle the groundnut cake to coat the beef
  3. Rub the oil again
  4. Arrange it on grill rack and grill for 20mints but be turning it time to time
  5. Done
