  2. Take 1 tbsp mince garlic

  6. Get 400 g coconut milk
  7. Make ready 1 can sweetcorn
  8. Get 3 tbsp oil
  9. Get 1 lemon(juice)

Instructions to make Kuku paka:
  1. Stir minced ginger, garlic, chilli in oil till fragrant
  2. Add diced chicken (or you can use chicken on bone). Add 2 tsp turmeric so chicken is yellow.
  3. Simmer till chicken is cooked and add coconut milk, sweetcorn.
  4. Boil it for another 5-10 mins. Turn off the stove. - Add coriander leaves and lemon juice - Enjoy!
