  27. Make ready 1/2 teaspoon cumin or jeera
  28. Prepare For tadka of chutney-
  29. Take 1 teaspoon oil
  30. Get 1/4 teaspoon mustard
  31. Make ready 1 red chilli broken
  32. Get 1 pinch hing or asafoetida
  33. Prepare 1 small garlic crushed
  34. Prepare 1 sprig curry leaves

Let the mixture cook for a couple of minutes. Add in the peanuts, spinach and pumpkin. Add lemon juice and mix nicely. Switch of the stove and paneer and mix it.

  1. In a bowl take water and boil them. Add spinach to the boiling water and cook for 4-5 minutes until spinach is soft. Blanch the spinach and transfer the spinach to icecold water to retain the green colour of spinach.   2. Grind the ingredients to a puree and transfer to a bowl. Heat a tava and pour a ladle full of dosa batter and spread as thin as possible.
  3. Add a generous amount of ground spinach puree and spread on the dosa. Add a teaspoon of ghee to the dosa. Sprinkle a generous amount of grated cheese on the dosa.
  4. Roast the dosa until it is golden brown at the bottom. Palak paneer dosa is ready to serve with a side peanut chutney or any other chutney as you like.
  5. For green chutney: Grind together roasted peanuts, kothmir, green chillies, salt and adrak. Make fine paste.
  6. For white chutney: Grind together roasted peanuts,cloves, salt, red chillies and jeera. Make fine paste.
  7. Now give tadka to both the chutney by heating oil in tadka pan, add mustard, garlic, red chillies, and hing. Also add salt to taste. Now serve hot spinach cheese dosa with the chutney.

Add lemon juice and mix nicely. Switch of the stove and paneer and mix it. Then add oil n milk mix nicely.
