  3. In medium saucepan, stir together sugar, cornstarch and gelatin; add water.
  4. Cook stirring over medium heat until thick.
  5. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely. Fold in strawberries.
  6. Place 1 layer of cake in large clear bowl.
  7. Top with layer of glaze, followed by a layer custard mixture.
  8. Repeat layering in this order for remaining cake, glaze and custard.
  9. Top cake with 3 whole fresh strawberries and fresh mint leaves.
