  4. Brush oil on each circle and fold into half… then gently roll a little.. place these on parchment paper… and keep aside for 10 mins
  5. Prepare steamer and steam these buns in batches..and keep aside
  6. Spicy chicken: in a bowl add the boneless chicken pieces and add salt, pepper, ginger garlic paste and maida… mix all well.
  7. Deep fry these chicken pieces in batches and keep aside. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan add chopped garlic and saute then add the fried chicken, all the sauces and honey mix well… then add. Cornflour slurry and mix well… garnish spring onion greens..
  8. Serve bao buns along with these spicy chicken.
