- Mix 1 cup of water with cornflour.
- Heat this mixturein a saucepan over medium heat and add tomato sauce, chilli sauce and soy sauce.
- Add salt and sugar and mix well
- Keep stirring the sauce till it becomes thick. The sauce is ready.
- Slowly pull apart from the folded seam and spread sweet and sour sauce on the inside of the bun.
- Add the filling and salad. Serve with extra sauce and salad.
