  7. Bake for 30 minutes and insert a clean knife to check if the cake is well baked from inside.

Note: - All the ingredients like milk, water should be at room temperature. - Flax seeds can be replaced by 2 eggs for this recipe - Whole wheat can be replaced by maida or All-purpose flour with the same quantity - Brown sugar and jaggery can be replaced with normal white sugar. - *Please note that this cake is a bit dense unlike the maida spongy cake as we are using whole wheat flour and jaggery here.
