  2. It is best to bake this dish covered for the first 50 minutes or so. Do not use a tin foil cover or it may stick to the top of the tart and leave your presentation lacking in the end. Remove cover for the last 10 minutes 2 Brown dish nicely
  3. Let the dish cool for 10 to 15 minutes before serving and sprinkle the top with cinnamon sugar
