  7. Lastly add the milk from Step 2 and use a rubber spatula to mix it in evenly.
  8. Pour into the cake pan. Don't pour in the batter that remains on the bottom and sides of the bowl.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 180°C. It will become this puffy when it's baked! The cake became gooey after 12 minutes in my oven.
  10. Once it has cooled, remove from the pan and let it cool completely. Place it into a plastic bag and leave it overnight so that it will become moist and the flavors settle.
  11. If you use 4 large eggs and 1 large egg yolk, it will pretty much come out the same as the ingredients listed.
  12. If you use just 5 medium eggs, it will be fluffy.

Separate the egg white and egg yolk into two different bowls. In a pot, add in milk and butter. Turn the heat to medium-low, and cook until the butter is fully melted. In a large bowl, add in cake flour, and slowly pour in the melted butter and milk mixture. Add half of the bread flour and mix.
